This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") governs all purchases made through the LoveVerse application, website located at loveverse.cc, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Foundational Creations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered and operating in India.
By making any purchase through the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety. This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Nature of Digital Products and Services
2.1 Understanding Our Digital Products
LoveVerse provides AI-powered digital content creation services. When you make a purchase through the Service, you are purchasing digital song generation credits that are used to create personalized songs using artificial intelligence technology. It is important that you understand the following about the nature of our products and services:
- All products and services offered through LoveVerse are digital in nature. There are no physical goods, tangible products, or physical deliverables associated with any purchase.
- Song generation credits are digital entitlements that allow you to use our AI-powered song generation service to create personalized audio content.
- Each credit entitles you to one (1) complete song generation, which includes AI-generated lyrics, instrumental music composition, vocal synthesis, and audio mastering.
- The song generation process is computationally intensive, involving significant server resources, AI model inference costs, cloud computing expenses, and third-party API usage fees that are incurred by us on your behalf at the time of generation.
- Once a song generation process is initiated and completed, the digital product has been fully manufactured, delivered, and consumed. The computational resources expended during generation cannot be recovered or reversed.
2.2 Acknowledgment of Digital Purchase Terms
By completing any purchase on the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing digital content and digital services as defined under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Digital content, once generated and delivered, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense applicable to physical goods, as the content has been irrevocably created and delivered to you.
- The computational costs and third-party service fees associated with generating your song are incurred at the time of generation and cannot be recovered by us.
- You consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the song generation process has been initiated with your consent.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Refunds for Unused Credits
If you have purchased song generation credits but have not used any of them to initiate or complete a song generation, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- None of the purchased credits must have been used, partially used, or applied to any song generation at the time of the refund request.
- Bonus credits, promotional credits, or free credits received as part of a promotional offer or bundle are excluded from refund calculations. Only the credits directly corresponding to the monetary amount paid are eligible for refund.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution, typically taking five (5) to fourteen (14) business days.
3.2 Non-Refundable Transactions: Generated Songs
Once a song has been successfully generated and delivered to you, the credits used for that generation are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of:
- Whether you are satisfied or dissatisfied with the quality, style, tone, lyrics, music, vocals, or any other aspect of the generated song
- Whether the generated song meets your expectations, preferences, or requirements
- Whether you choose to download, listen to, share, or use the generated song after its creation
- Whether you believe the generated content bears similarity to existing works or is not sufficiently original
- Whether you provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading input information that affected the quality of the generated song
- Whether you change your mind about wanting the song after it has been generated
- Whether you intended to generate a different type of song or selected incorrect preferences during the generation process
- Whether you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing the generated song after it has been successfully created (in such cases, we will assist with technical support to ensure delivery, but a refund will not be issued)
The rationale for this non-refund policy is that song generation involves irreversible expenditure of computational resources, including but not limited to: AI model inference costs for lyrics generation, music composition API fees, vocal synthesis processing costs, audio rendering and mastering resources, cloud storage costs, and bandwidth for content delivery. These costs are incurred in real-time during the generation process and cannot be recovered once the process is complete.
3.3 Failed or Incomplete Generations
In the event that a song generation fails or is incomplete due to a technical error, server failure, or other issue attributable to our systems (and not caused by user error, network connectivity issues on your end, or other factors outside our control), we will, at our sole discretion:
- Automatically restore the credit(s) used for the failed generation to your account, allowing you to attempt the generation again at no additional cost; or
- Issue a refund for the monetary value of the credit(s) used for the failed generation to your original payment method.
The determination of whether a generation failure was caused by our systems versus external factors shall be made by us in our reasonable discretion based on our system logs and monitoring data. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to investigate all reported failures promptly and fairly.
3.4 Partial Use of Credit Packs
If you have purchased a credit pack (such as a Power Pack or Creator Bundle) and have used some but not all of the credits in the pack, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused credits. Credit packs are sold as indivisible bundles at a discounted per-credit rate, and partial refunds would undermine the pricing structure of the bundle. You acknowledge this when purchasing a credit pack and agree that the entire purchase amount is non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@loveverse.cc with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID or Email]"
- Include the following information in your email: (a) your full name as registered on the account; (b) the email address associated with your LoveVerse account; (c) the date of purchase; (d) the amount paid and currency; (e) the payment method used (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking); (f) a clear description of the reason for requesting a refund; and (g) any relevant order confirmation or transaction reference numbers.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within two (2) business days.
- Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on this Refund Policy.
- You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request within seven (7) business days of receipt.
4.2 Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the processing timeline depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- UPI: One (1) to five (5) business days for the refund to be credited to your linked bank account.
- Net Banking: Five (5) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
- Digital Wallets: One (1) to seven (7) business days depending on the wallet provider.
- Other Methods: Processing times may vary. We will inform you of the expected timeline at the time of refund approval.
Please note that refund processing times are subject to the policies and processing schedules of your bank or payment provider, and are beyond our control. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4.3 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund amount will be equal to the actual amount paid by you for the eligible purchase, less any applicable transaction fees or processing charges that are non-recoverable. Currency conversion rates for international transactions may differ between the time of purchase and the time of refund, and we are not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency fluctuations.
5. Specific Scenarios
5.1 Duplicate Purchases
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, please contact us immediately at support@loveverse.cc. We will investigate and refund any duplicate charges promptly upon verification. Please provide your transaction IDs, bank statements, or payment receipts to expedite the investigation.
5.2 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@loveverse.cc and also report the unauthorized transaction to your bank or payment provider. We will cooperate with you and your financial institution to investigate and resolve the matter. Refunds for unauthorized transactions may be subject to the fraud investigation procedures of your bank or payment provider.
5.3 Technical Issues Preventing Access
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your generated songs or using your purchased credits, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved without the need for a refund. Our support team is available at support@loveverse.cc and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
5.4 Account Termination
If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused credits or services. If you voluntarily delete your account, any unused credits will be forfeited and no refund will be provided unless the deletion occurs within the seven (7) day refund eligibility window and no credits have been used.
5.5 Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that we permanently discontinue the Service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide refunds for unused credits that were purchased within the ninety (90) days preceding the discontinuation announcement. The specific terms of any such refund will be communicated to affected users at the time of the discontinuation announcement.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@loveverse.cc to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your LoveVerse account pending investigation
- Loss of access to all generated content and unused credits associated with your account
- Permanent termination of your account if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified
- Collection actions for the disputed amount plus any associated chargeback fees if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted
If you file a chargeback that is subsequently reversed or found to be unjustified, we may charge you for the chargeback processing fees incurred by us, which typically range from INR 1,000 to INR 3,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency) depending on the payment processor.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be unjustified, and we will provide the relevant payment processor with evidence of the valid transaction, including records of service delivery, account activity, and communication history.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
7.1 Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be construed to limit, waive, or override any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to you under applicable law, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India, the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Where any provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, the mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail.
7.2 Force Majeure
In the event that our ability to process refunds or provide services is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government orders, internet outages, payment processor failures, or cyberattacks), refund processing may be delayed. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process refunds as soon as practicable after such circumstances have been resolved and will keep you informed of any delays.
7.3 Goodwill Gestures
In exceptional circumstances, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may offer goodwill gestures such as additional free credits, service extensions, or partial refunds even in cases where a refund would not otherwise be warranted under this policy. Any such goodwill gesture shall not constitute a waiver of this Refund Policy or create any precedent for future transactions. Each case will be evaluated individually based on its specific facts and circumstances.
8. App Store Purchases
If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), the following additional terms apply:
- Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be submitted through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple has its own refund policies and procedures, and refund decisions for App Store purchases are ultimately at Apple's discretion.
- Refund requests for purchases made through the Google Play Store must be submitted through Google Play's refund process or Google's customer support. Google has its own refund policies and procedures.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores. You must contact the respective app store directly.
- The refund policies of the respective app stores may differ from this Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the policies of the app store through which you made your purchase, the app store's policies shall govern with respect to that specific purchase.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
For consumers residing in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide additional rights or protections beyond those set forth in this Refund Policy, the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws shall be respected and honored to the extent required by law.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes to this Refund Policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change.
